What is a Limited Edition ?

A print is made of an original art work and an edition size is decided on by the artist or publisher. After the edition is sold out that particular print will not be published in that format again. All Limited Edition prints on sale in this gallery are either signed by the artist or are Collectors Editions.

What to do if the print is not available to buy.

We try to keep our stock up to date, but sometimes the print is no longer available from the publisher or artist. Please contact us and we will do our best to find one for you or an alternative.

Payments.

Payments can be made using most major credit cards or you can use Paypal which also accepts Credit/Debit cards.

Cancelling your order.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us so that we can stop the authorisation. If however, your print(s) have already been posted, then we will be happy to refund or exchange with 14 days of receipt and 21 days within receipt for overseas buyers (see Refunds, Returns & Exchanges below).

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges.

If you are not satisfied with your print(s), then you are welcome to return your print(s) without having to give a reason, as long as the item(s) are returned in a fully resaleable condition. You, will be responsible for the post and packaging. Return the print(s) to the address on our contact page and if possible, use a service that requires a signature on delivery. Once we receive the item(s), we can offer either an alternative print(s) or a full refund payable by the same method you paid, excluding the post and packaging. We would ask you to return the print(s) within 14 days of receipt and 21 days within receipt for overseas customers.

What if my order is damaged ? 

If your item is damaged in any way when it arrives, you must contact us within 3 working days of receipt of the damaged goods to be eligible for replacement or refund. We will then provide you with the full details about the refund or replacement procedure. (see Refunds, Returns & Exchanges above).
